Career

Aline Frota Parente Arrais de Moura is a partner in the Tax department of Cabanellos Advocacia. She is the General Secretary of the Permanent Tax Committee for ICMS, ISS and IBS, for the Brazilian Association of Tax Lawyers (ABAT). Member of the Tax Law Committee of the OAB/SP – Pinheiros Section. She is also a member of the Brazilian Tax Law Institute (IBDT) and the Brazilian Intellectual Property Association (ABPI).

/ Specialization Degree in International Tax Law, from the Brazilian Tax Law Institute (IBDT).

/MPhil in Law from the University of Birmingham – accredited as Master’s Degree by the Universidade de São Paulo (USP).

/ Graduated in Law from the Universidade de Fortaleza.
