Career
Luiz Assi is a lawyer with an in depth knowledge of Insurance, Civil Liability and Consumer Relations. In terms of his commitments to professional institutions, he has been chair of the OAB’s Insurance Law Committee, Paraná section (2019-2021, 2022-2024 and 2025-2027).
He was a member of the OAB Corporate Lawyers Committee. Paraná section (2019 to 2021). He is a member of the National Civil Procedure Working Group of the International Insurance Law Association, Brazil Section (AIDA-BRASIL).
He is a founder and member of the Executive Board of the Cabanellos Citizenship Institute and advisor for the Innovare Award. He is also a guest professor at Positivo University specializing in Insurance Law and Supplementary Pensions.
