- Reducing labor liabilities in cases of litigation;
- Implementing Labor Law compliance programs by advising on reviews of programs and their policies; Providing consultancy, conducting internal investigations, reviewing draft codes of ethics and conduct, internal regulations, changes to contractual clauses and arranging training;
- Providing expertise on Trade Union Law, taking part in collective bargaining and advising on collective labor conventions and agreements.
