We create a good relationship with our clients and defend their interests in negotiations and recovery procedures (both in and out of court) and fillings by debtors or creditors for bankruptcy.
This firm aims to understand the corporate role of an organization and to maintain the value of a brand in the market. We, therefore, act preventively by carrying out an economic analysis of debtor companies, identify and mitigate the risks, make plans and arrange for the distribution of assets among the creditors, all of which is necessary to enable the recovery of the business.
