This area of Cabanellos has been involved quite significantly in the field of Sports Law. Its main purpose is to provide sophisticated legal solutions that aid the interests of our clients and are in accordance with the best governance, professionalism and business practice standards, domestically and worldwide, in relation to both judicial and administrative proceedings, and to ensure safety in sport.
This firm has considerable experience, gained from working with clubs, athletes, businesspeople and sports bodies. We are accredited for the drafting and reviewing of contracts, the transfer of athletes, transactions in relation to Soccer Corporations (SAFs) and to be involved in cases before sports tribunals in Brazil and those of FIFA.
